We are seeking a Land Survey Instrument-Man to support our land surveying operations through drafting, data processing, and technical analysis.
Position Overview
Survey Instrument Person Positions Available – AGS is an Engineering, Construction, & Land Surveying firm looking to expand our company. There are multiple positions open for Survey Instrument Person Position who have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily maintenance and preparation of surveying equipment and vehicle
- Work under the direction of a Party Chief
- Operate survey equipment and experience with Trimble Robotic, Trimble GPS and TSC7 data collector
- Operate Level and Digital level
- Survey Vehicle maintenance
- Take level notes and assist with field notes
- Perform basic calculations
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License/Clear Motor Vehicle Record
- Background Check
- Drug Testing
- Dependable Transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds & stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends & unscheduled hours)
- Ability to work outside in various terrain environments
